Who is a health coach?

A health coach is clients health guide, mentor and supporter who helps them to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behaviour changes. He empowers individuals to take charge of their health and achieve their wellness goals.

Both coach and coachee share a special relationship which is based on trust and intimacy.

Which certifications I hold?

I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach by AFPA, American association for nutrition and health and Yin Yoga teacher by Arhanta Yoga, Yoga Academy.

How much does my coaching cost?

My pricing varies depending on which package will you choose and which kind of commitment are you able to sign in. I offer a 1 off coaching session or packages based on 3 months or 6 months timeframe. Please visit Services page for more information.

How do I work ?

I work internationally with my clients over a video call via Google Teams. It is also possible to meet F2F in the Netherlands, where I am based.
