As a Health and Wellness Coach, I support clients in building and maintaining healthy food and lifestyle habits tailored to their unique needs.

My name is Joanna. I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Yin Yoga teacher.

My journey toward health coaching began long ago, during my teenage years, when I struggled to gain weight. I searched for ways to build muscle and add kilograms to the scale so I could feel stronger and more comfortable in my body. This sparked my interest in studying health and understanding the complexities of our metabolism. Later, during my professional career, I experienced overwhelming stress and found myself unsure of how to realign with my true self. While there were plenty of tools and techniques available, I didn’t really know how to use them effectively.

The most challenging yet transformative part of my journey was becoming a mom. Navigating the hormonal, mental, and physical changes of motherhood reshaped me into a different person. It was during this period that I truly began to understand myself in a new way. These personal experiences taught me the profound importance of health and well-being, as well as the value of viewing myself holistically—from a full-picture perspective. I learned, no one can change you, change needs to happen within you.

Fueled by my life experiences and passion for healthy living, nutrition, and well-being, I decided to deepen my understanding of health and holistic practices to become a coach. I deeply believe that we thrive in holistic balance—our mind, body, and spirit must work in harmony to achieve peace and fulfilment.

With a client-centered approach, I offer an open, judgment-free space where I listen, support, and guide my clients in building lifelong healthy habits.

I live by the mantra, ‘Health is Wealth.’ Our greatest asset is our health. Prioritizing self-care and well-being is the key to living a happy and fulfilling life. Just as we invest time and resources into building financial wealth, we should equally commit to nurturing and improving our health.
